Yes you can. However, cancellations and refunds are subject to airline conditions. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to departure and between 8am to 5pm from Sunday to Thursday (Lebanon time), excluding Government and National holidays, by calling the Rewards Points Customer Service Centre on + 961 1 363 427. A cancellation fee of 40 USD plus airline charges applies per person. We accept Visa or MasterCard credit cards. Upon receipt of the cancellation fees, the Rewards Points and any monies paid will be fully refunded within 14 working days.
