FAQ's

Amendments and related refunds are subject to airline conditions. Following the announcement of the MRP Oman program closure, miles refunds related to the cancellation and amendment of travel rewards can only be processed until 30 June 2023, while credit card refunds can only be processed until 16th August 2023.

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to departure by calling the My Rewards Points Travel Support Team, on +968 24762762 between 9am to 6pm (Oman time) from Sunday to Thursday, excluding Government and National holidays.

A cancellation/amendment fee of OMR 18 applies to each change/cancellation, per passenger, for flight bookings paid using miles only or miles + cash. This fee is in addition to any fees applied by the applicable airline.

A cancellation/amendment fee of OMR 5.30 applies to each change/cancellation, per passenger, for flight bookings paid using cash only. This fee is in addition to any fees applied by the applicable airline.

Yes, you can. Your open jaw Air Reward price quoted will be based on the best available fare across all airlines for your chosen dates and times of your travel. Air Reward prices therefore vary dependent on travel dates, how far in advance travel is booked and the available airlines.
My Rewards Points travel rewards bookings must be made online at www.myrewardspoints.com only until 30 June 2023. In the event of an identified web site outage or technical error, offline bookings may be facilitated for travel within 7 days of the time of booking and only until 30 June 2023. Offline bookings are not a service offered by My Rewards Points in any other circumstance.

Adults: 12 years and older

Children: 2 to up to 12 years old

Infants: 0 to up to 2 years old (infants must be less than 2 years of age at the time of the return flight in order to obtain an infant fare)

My Rewards Points Expiry Policy
 Following the announcement of the MRP Oman program closure, from 1st July 2023 you will no longer have access to your my Reward Points account and any remaining My Rewards Points will expire.
