You can book your flights depending on airline availability and Customer Service Center office hours from 9am to 6pm (egypt time) from Sunday to Thursday, excluding Government & National holidays.

You can start redeeming your Rewards Points whenever you wish. Please refer to the Rewards listed on the website www.myrewardspoints.com for the number of Rewards Points required for the Reward of your choice.

You will earn Rewards Points for all purchase transactions. Cash advances, finance charges, credit card repayments and fees of any kind will not earn Rewards Points.

Once you have redeemed for your preferred reward, the e-voucher or eGift Card will be emailed to you within 72hrs / 3 working days.

Your ticket will be emailed to the email address registered within your Rewards Points Account, it will be sent to you within 24 hours of your Air Reward confirmation and booking.

Infant tickets can be paid for with Rewards Points or Money but can only be booked if the accompanying adult ticket is being redeemed at the same time. Infant tickets cannot be booked separately and or added on to an existing booking at a later stage

Flight Rewards are quoted on the best available ticket price across all airlines for the chosen route, class of travel, passenger type, dates and times of travel. Flight Reward prices therefore vary dependent on these travel requirements, how far in advance travel is booked and airline seat availability.
