Yes you can. However, cancellations and refunds are subject to airline conditions. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to departure and between 8am to 5pm from Sunday to Thursday (egypt time), excluding Government and National holidays, by calling the Rewards Points Customer Service Centre on +2 02 27394050 . A cancellation fee of 215 EGP plus airline charges applies per person. We accept Visa or MasterCard credit cards. Upon receipt of the cancellation fees, the Rewards Points and any monies paid will be fully refunded within 14 working days.
